Discussion and possible action to approve or deny Resolution No. 2026-3526 accepting the Final Plat of Broncos Place, pursuant to Title 19, §868.8 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This Final Plat (FP-2026-05) was approved by the Planning Commission on August 20, 2026. The plat consists of two (2) lots encompassing approximately five (5.02) acres. The subject property is located along Old Oak Rd., adjacent to Pottawatomie Road to the west, in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
