Discussion and possible action to approve Contract for Legal Services with the law firm of Harroz Hays, PLLC to provide legal representation for Tommie Johnson III, v. Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, and The Board of County Commissioners for Oklahoma County, Case No. CV-2026-1432, District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma. This contract shall commence on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The amount of the contract shall not exceed Forty Thousand Dollars and No Cents. ($40,000.00) Requisition #12700550.
