To enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. §307(B)(4) to engage in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning a Petition to Vacate Utility Easement filed by Ideal Homes of Norman v. City of Oklahoma City, Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, et al. CV-2025-2724, where on advice of its attorney, the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation or proceeding in the public interest.
