Discussion and possible action to approve two Records Digitization Agreements between the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners (on behalf of the Oklahoma County Court Clerk) and Business Imaging Systems, Inc. All work to be performed has been procured through the State Contract Number SW1007. Total cost during the first contract period is $60,000. The term of agreement is May 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Purchase Order No 32 has been issued to Business Imaging Systems in the amount of $60,000. Total cost during the second contract period is $120,000. The term of the agreement is July 1, 2026, through October 31, 2026. Purchase Order No 33 has been issued to Business Imaging Systems in the amount of $120,000. Requested by Oklahoma County Court Clerk Rick Warren. The contracts have been reviewed and approved by the District Attorney’s Office.
