Discussion and possible action regarding Amendment No. 05 to the agreement for services between Miller Architects and the Public Buildings Authority for structural column repair and redesign and construction administration extensions. Requisition No. 12605295 has been issued in the amount of one hundred sixty-four thousand three hundred forty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($164,347.50) contingent upon encumbrance of funds. This item is requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.
