Discussion and possible action regarding a Specific Assistance Agreement between the City of Oklahoma City and Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners pursuant to Title 11, O.S. § 33-101, § 33-102, § 33-103 and Title 19, O.S. § 931 and § 934 for providing temporary parking facilities located on property wholly owned by the City of Oklahoma City and located on land owned by the City of Oklahoma City. County agrees to incur an amount not to exceed $14,638.08 for the project. Upon completion, District 1 General Fund shall reimburse District 1 Highway Cash for labor and equipment in an amount not to exceed $14,638.08. This Agreement shall become effective upon adoption and shall terminate on June 30, 2026. Requested by Jason Lowe, Commissioner, District One.
