Discussion and possible action regarding the Memorandum of Understanding between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and Oklahoma City-County Board of Health, who shall provide the “Power Through Choices” curriculum. This MOU is at no cost to the County and shall be effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
