Discussion and possible action regarding approval of Amendment No. 03 to the Agreement for Services between William White & Associates. LLC and the Board of County Commissioners for Owner’s Representative Services for Oklahoma County Building Improvements and Infrastructure Projects. This Amendment is necessary for Phase Two for the Oklahoma County Detention Center. The County agrees to pay an additional amount not to exceed Two Million, Seven Thousand, Three Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($2,007,300.00). Requisition No. 12602898 has been issued from 2080 - Jail Capital Fund contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
