Discussion and possible action regarding a Specific Assistance Agreement between the City of Nicoma Park and Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners pursuant to Title 11, O.S. § 33-101, § 33-102, § 33-103 and Title 19, O.S. § 931 and § 934 for clearing, grubbing, and dirt work for future walking trails of the Nicoma Park Municipal Park, a public park, wholly owned by the City of Nicoma Park and located on land owned by the City of Nicoma Park. County agrees to incur an amount not to exceed $65,325.72 for the project. Upon completion, District 1 General Fund shall reimburse District 1 Highway Cash for a certain amount of labor and equipment in an amount not to exceed $16,092.01. Requisition No. 12605877-00. Nicoma Park shall reimburse District 1 Highway Cash for the remaining amount of labor,equipment, and the full amount of material costs associated with this project, not to exceed $50,000.00.
