Discussion and possible action for the Authority to adopt a Resolution that requires all annual budgets, estimate of needs, contracts, litigation decisions, and interagency fund transfers to be presented and decided by the a majority vote of the full Authority in open meeting. Requested by Myles Davidson, Commissioner, District 3 and Criminal Justice Authority Trustee.
