Title: Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 2 on ODOT Project STP-255C (613) CO - NW 178th Street over Deer Creek. This change order replaces the Revetment Mattress pay item with Filter Blanket and Rip Rap. The replacement is a result of concerns over potential erosion and washout of the Revetment Mattress on steep abutment slopes in the creek channel excavation section, endorsed by the engineer of record. The total value for the change order is - Forty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and 80/100($45,299.80). The County share will be reflected in the final cost apportionment of the project Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer
