Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2025-0789 to accept the replat of Pointon's Oakwood Station, Lot 3 and Lot 4. The applicant is relocating the shared driveway location as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This replat (RE-2025-01) was approved by the Planning Commission on February 20, 2025. The subject property is located at the southwest corner of Henney Rd. and SE 29th St. in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
