Discussion and possible action regarding the Agreement for Services between Halff Associates, Inc. and the Board of County Commissioners regarding Oklahoma County Bridge on Pottawatomie Road west of McLoud. The total amount of the agreement shall not exceed One Hundred Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars and Eighty Cents ($109,584.80). Requisition No. 12406906 has been issued from CBRI Fund (11116120) contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer and has been approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
