Discussion and possible action regarding the Agreement for Services between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and Turn Key Health, who shall provide comprehensive mental health services at the Oklahoma County Juvenile Detention Center. Requisition 12700064, not to exceed $122,443.56, has been issued to Turn Key Health. This Agreement for Services shall be effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
