Discussion and possible action regarding a Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Nicoma Park and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 11, O.S. § 33-101, § 33-102, § 33-103 and Title 19, O.S. § 931 and § 934 for clearing, grubbing, and dirt work for future walking trails of the Nicoma Park Municipal Park, a public park, wholly owned by the City of Nicoma Park and located on land owned by the City of Nicoma Park. County agrees to incur an amount not to exceed $40,539.52 for the project. Upon completion, Nicoma Park shall reimburse District 1 Highway Cash for 100% of the actual material, labor, and equipment costs associated with this project, not to exceed $40,539.52. This Agreement shall become effective upon adoption and shall terminate on June 30, 2025. Requested by Oklahoma County District No. 1
