Discussion and possible action to approve temporary transfers in the amounts of: $2M from Treasurer’s Resale Fund (1130), $500,000.00 from Treasurer's Unapportioned Fund (6810), $500,000.00 from Treasurer's Protest Fund (6815), $2M from Highway Cash Fund (1110), $2M from Opioid Settlement Fund (1500), $5M from Capital Projects Regular (2010), and $6M from Capital Projects New Jail (2080), for a total of $18M to the General Fund. The Board of County Commissioners approved these temporary transfers on 09/16/26. These are cash transfers only and will not affect encumbrances. The transfers are necessary to cover payroll and weekly meeting checks and are typically repaid mid-January of the following calendar year. Temporary transfers are allowed by 68 O.S., Section 2021.
