Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2026-3601 to amend or not amend the zoning, as provided in Title 19 O.S. § 868.16, for a tract of land from Planned Unit Development (PUD-2020-01) to Planned Unit Development (PUD-2026-02). The applicant proposes to develop multi-family dwelling units on Lots 2, 3, and 4 of Timber Park. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission recommended approval at its public meeting held on August 20, 2026. The subject properties are located on the north side of SE 29th Street, west of Henney Road. Each lot contains approximately 1.25 acres, for a total of 3.75 acres.
