Discussion and possible action with respect to a resolution approving the incurrence of indebtedness by the Oklahoma County Industrial Authority issuing its revenue bonds, series 2026A and subordinate revenue bonds, series 2026b (broadband project) in one or more series, on a tax-exempt or taxable basis in the aggregate principal amount of note to exceed $20,000,000; authorizing the issuance of said bonds; waiving competitive bidding with the respect to the sale of the bonds by the authority at negotiated sale at a price less than par or with premium; authorizing execution of all necessary documents; and containing other provisions relating thereto.
