Discussion and possible action for the approval of a Specific Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Midwest City and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603 and Title 11, O.S. § 36-113 for hauling material in support of a municipal project in the City of Midwest City. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for 100% of the actual costs of labor and equipment incurred in hauling material in an amount not to exceed Sixty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars and Thirty-Three Cents ($64,259.33). This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2027. Requested by Jason Lowe, Commissioner, District One.
