Title: Discussion and possible action to approve temporary transfers in the amounts of $6M from Treasurer’s Resale Fund (1130), $500,000.00 from Treasurer's Mortgage Fee Fund (1140), $500,000.00 from Treasurer's Unapportioned Fund (6810), $4M from Highway Cash Fund (1110), $1M from County Road & Bridge Fund (1111), $3M from Tinker Clearing 2002 Fund (2031), and $1M from County Bonds 2008 Fund (2032), for a total of $16M to the General Fund. These are cash transfers only and will not affect encumbrances. The transfers are necessary to cover payroll and weekly meeting checks and are typically repaid mid-January of the following calendar year. The temporary transfers from Highway Cash and County Road & Bridge are contingent on approval by the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners on 08/19/26.
