Discussion and possible action regarding the publishing of the Annual Oklahoma County Payroll records as required by Title 19, O.S. 2001 § 444. It shall be the mandatory duty of the Board of County Commissioners to be caused to be published a full and complete report of all the County employees and their salaries paid annually.
