Grand Blvd. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; And authorize the chairman to sign closing documents. The total amount of the payment shall not exceed Four Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Two Hundred Ninety Dollars ($4,999,290.00).
