Discussion and possible action to appoint Commissioner Jason Lowe to serve as Oklahoma County's representative on the Circuit Engineering District (CED) #5 Board of Directors as well as Alternate #1 in accordance with Interlocal Cooperative Agreement #2024-5. Commissioner Brian Maughan will serve as Alternate #2 in the event the County's representative is unable to attend a CED Board meeting. Requested by Myles Davidson, Commissioner, District 3.
