Discussion and possible action regarding a Right of Access Agreement between the City of Edmond and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County to process tree limb debris at NW 1/4 Section 16, Township 14N, Range 3W. This agreement shall commence on July 1, 2026 and shall terminate on June 30, 2027. Requested by Paul Foster, Interim Commissioner, District 3.
