Discussion and possible action regarding an Amendment and Extension Agreement between the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) and the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office (Contractor). The parties have mutually agreed to modify the term of their original Agreement for Services entered on April 10, 2024, including any subsequent amendments thereto. This Amendment and Extension Agreement will allow the Contractor to continue to utilize subcontractors for the provision of services outlined in the approved agreements between the BOCC and ODMHSAS and provide for the continuation of services for the fiscal year 2025-2026, subject to availability of the funds in the OK County Community Safety Investment Fund (6047) Voucher Account.
