Discussion and possible action regarding an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and the Deer Creek Fire Protection District to provide emergency medical services and transport to persons located within the unincorporated areas of Oklahoma County District 3.The term of the agreement is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. This amount will be paid by Oklahoma County District 3. Approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, ADA. Requested by Paul Foster, Interim Commissioner, District 3.
