Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the CIty of Nichols Hills and the Board of County Commissioners to make repairs to Trenton Rd., between Wilshire Blvd and Glenwood Ave. The municipality agrees to reimburse the county for 100% of the cost of materials in an amount not to exceed $73,366.76. This item reviewed as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, ADA, and requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
