Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 09 to the Agreement for Services between Cooley Construction LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for 1st Floor Annex Entrance & Security Project-ARPA #10067. This change order is necessary to include the relay system from the maglocks that tie into the fire pull station, as more specifically described in Attachment “A,” in the amount of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eight Dollars and 00/100 ($2,808.00). Purchase Order No. 22503483 has been issued to cover the additional work. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
