Discussion and possible action regarding amending the Trust Indenture. The amendment should include, but may not be limited to, the removal of Article IV, (7)(d) and any other referenced prohibitions for the Criminal Justice Authority related to the provision of detainee courthouse transportation. The final document should ensure that the CJA is not restricted by the trust indenture to perform all detainee transportation, including detainee courthouse transportation.
