Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 045 to the Agreement for Services between Flintco LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) Project #10130 - Behavioral Care Center, in an amount not to exceed Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Three Dollars and NO/100 ($97,503.00). This change order is necessary to provide the Pharmacy Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (“FFE”) scope of work for the Behavioral Care Center. The additional scope includes furnishing and installing two (2) wireless controllers for the Pharmacy roll-up doors; furnishing and installing the Pharmacy FFE as detailed in the Uniweb Shop Drawings; and furnishing, installing, and maintaining floor protection for the duration of this scope of work. The Pharmacy layout has been coordinated and confirmed with the CREOKS Pharmacy representative.
