Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-4179: Intra-Fund Transfer of appropriations from Capital Projects Capital 55370- Other Services 2010-120 unallocated to the Sheriff's Midwest City Roof Replacement, Project C000094, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00, contingent upon Board of County Commissioners' approval on October 14, 2026, to increase the project's budget. This transfer is necessary to cover anticipated expenses for internal roof access improvements. This item was approved by the Public Improvement and Infrastructure Committee on October 12, 2026. This item is requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
