Title: Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 4 to the Agreement for Services between Cooley Construction LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the First Floor Annex Entrance & Security Project - ARPA # 10067. This change order is necessary to locate the wall separating the Clerk's books from the front entrance and the new flooring. The total amount of the Change Order shall not exceed Forty-One Thousand, Eight hundred and Twenty-Eight dollars and 51/100. ($41,828.51). This will add 124 calendar days to the project. Purchase Order 22503483 has been issued to cover this additional fee. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
