Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 001 to the Agreement for Services between 3XP Services, Inc. and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Memorial Road and N.E. 108th Street project in the amount not to exceed Thirty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and 65/100 ($32,757.65). This change order is necessary to provide for 1,922 SY of 6-inch dowel-jointed pavement in lieu of asphalt pavement, placed on compacted subgrade. Requisition No. 12702414 has been issued from 1111 - County Bridge and Road Improvement Fund (CBRI), contingent upon final encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
