To enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307 (B)(1) to engage in confidential communications regarding the employment of the Jail Administrator, an individual salaried public employee, including possible discussion of entering into an employment agreement that may include contractual obligations, salary considerations, establishment of performance incentives, and fringe benefits.
