Discussion and possible action to review options and approve binding Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners and Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority Commercial Property Insurance Policy(s). Discussion shall include the review of several companies, deductibles, premiums, and Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA) Insurance. This policy shall commence on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. Pending encumbrance of funds. Requested by Jessica Clayton, County Manager.
