Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement for Services between United Mechanical, Inc. and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for ARPA #10073-HVAC and Life Safety Improvements for the existing detention center to add Survey Pricing: repairs to existing equipment, cleaning of (5) AHUs, repairing duct in (5) areas, replacing motors in lieu of changing out sheaves and bearings, and added multizone dampers in the amount of Two Hundred Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars and no cents ($208,868.00). Purchase Order 22500952 has been issued to cover this cost. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
