Discussion and possible action for the Board of County Commissioners to request and engage the State Auditor and Inspector's Office for the purpose of conducting a Special Investigative Audit into the financial operations and records of the County Clerk's Office, included but not limited to accounting procedures, budget planning and preparation, accounting errors/discrepancies, and financial reconciliations covering the period from April 2023 to January 2025.
