Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-1527: Transfer of appropriations from Capital Projects Unallocated Funds Capital 55000 2010-120 to Capital Projects 2010-120 Project C0081- Detention Center Heat & Air Capital 55370 - Other Services and to Capital Projects 2010-120 Project C0073 - Courthouse 11th floor stairwell/ Egress Capital 55370 in an amount not to exceed 37,335.49. A transfer is necessary to reconcile budgeted funds with actual project expenditures. This item is requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
