Title: Discussion and possible action regarding approval of a Specific Assistance Agreement between the City of Edmond and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County to assist with reconstructing Coffee Creek, a County section line road, between Broadway and Bryant. This is a revision of the original project that was approved by the BOCC on May 14th, 2025 due to a change in the scope of work and new pricing. The total amount of the project is not to exceed $995,000.00, of which the City of Edmond will reimburse Oklahoma County 100% of the actual project costs. Approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, ADA. Requested by Myles Davidson, Chairman of the Board.
