To enter executive session pursuant to 25 OS 2021 §307 (B) (4) to consider a pending investigation, claim or action or settlement by contract with the City of Oklahoma City, and its Police Department, because the public body, with the advice of its attorney, determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest. Requested by the Chairman.
