Title: Discussion and possible action regarding a Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Nicoma Park and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 11, O.S. § 33-101, § 33-102, § 33-103 and Title 19, O.S. § 931 and § 934 for brush and tree removal, parking lot spot hand patching, and drainage improvements of the Nicoma Park Municipal Park, a public park, wholly owned by the City of Nicoma Park and located on land owned by the City of Nicoma Park. County agrees to incur an amount not to exceed $36,917.21 for the project. Upon completion, Oklahoma County District One General Fund shall reimburse Highway Cash for 100% of the actual costs associated with this project, not to exceed $36,917.21. Req. # 12406885-00 has been issued for this project. This Agreement shall become effective upon adoption and shall terminate on June 30, 2024. Requested by Carrie Blumert, Commissioner, District No. 1, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
