Discussion and possible action regarding the Agreement for Services between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and Standard Engineering & Field Services for Building Envelope Testing, Inspections, & Consulting Services for the Behavioral Care Center and associated infrastructure. The total amount of the contract shall not exceed Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars and No/100 ($289,496.00). Requisition No. 12605951 has been issued from 2035 - Jail Bond Fund contingent upon final encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer. and has been approved as to form and legality by Lisa Enders, Assistant District Attorney.
