Title: Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2026-3865 for the Chairman to sign the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) Rural Economic Action Plan Grant (REAP) in the amount of $191,500. Funding would be utilized to purchase a brine production system and brine blending and truck fill system. Installation and training is also included with the purchase of these systems. This grant would greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of District One's winter weather response. Application and project development was prepared by Dan Spaeth. Requested by Jason Lowe, Commissioner, District One.
