Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and the Oklahoma County District Attorney regarding a pretrial release and supervision program to be utilized by the district court and for the benefit of Oklahoma County in accordance with Section 1105.3(A) of Title 22. This agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2025. The amount shall not exceed $73,919.45. Requested by Brian Maughan, Chairman of the Board and reviewed as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA.
