Discussion and possible action related to approval of Lease Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners and SNB Bank for a 2019 Caterpiller 950 GC Wheel Loaders Stock #C97384. Requisition No. 12500162 has been issued for monthly payments of $3,214.05 to be made from District No. 2 Highway Fund. This Lease Agreement will be effective upon agreement of all parties, and end June 30, 2025, and will be eligible for renewal for the following Fiscal Year. Requested by Brian Maughan, County Commissioner, District No. 2, and approval to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA.
