Discussion and possible action to renew CED#5 Interlocal Cooperative Agreement #2024-5 and appointing Commissioner Jason Lowe to serve as Oklahoma County's representative on the Circuit Engineering District (CED) #5 Board of Directors in accordance with Interlocal Cooperative Agreement #2024-5. Commissioner Brian Maughan will serve as Alternate #1 in the event the County's representative is unable to attend a CED Board meeting. Requested by Jason Lowe, Commissioner, District One.
