Discussion and possible action regarding approval of FY25 Agreement for Specific Assistance between the Board of County Commissioners and Metro Tech of Oklahoma County for construction, improvement, and repair of a parking lot located at the Metro Tech Aviation Campus located at 5600 S Macarthur Blvd. Metro Tech of Oklahoma County will reimburse the County 100% for all contract materials, equipment, and labor costs not to exceed $217,791.20. This item requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District 2 and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
