Discussion and possible action regarding a Right-of-Way Maintenance Agreement between Shuterra, LLC and Oklahoma County District 3 to provide integrated vegetation management maintenance services to roadside rights-of-way. Total amount of the agreement is not to exceed $116,520.00 which represents $1,200.00 per road mile for 97.1 miles. The term of the agreement is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, ADA. Requested by Paul Foster, Interim County Commissioner, District 3.
