Discussion and possible action to approve contract for legal services with Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, L.L.P. to provide legal representation Stacy Willis, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Mitchell Everett Willis, Deceased, v. Board of County Commissioners for Oklahoma County, et al., Case No. CIV-18-323-D, United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. This contract shall commence on July 1, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027. The amount of the contract shall not exceed $30,000. Requisition #12700376.
