Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 007 to the Agreement for Services between Flintco LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Behavioral Care Center and associated infrastructure in the amount not to exceed Seventy-Four Thousand, Nine Hundred Twenty-Six Dollars and NO/100 ($74,926.00). This change order is necessary to furnish and install updated water and sanitary items per City standard, furnish and install additional silt fence, and widen sidewalk at front entrance. Requisition No. 12604403 has been issued from- 2080 - Jail Capital Fund, contingent upon final encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer .
